Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by local law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within up to 30 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
